She's a young black girl at work a hustler 6 days a week 13 hours and works through lunch sometimes I'm seething of her paycheque

Eh don’t get involved into the drama and mind your business. She’s a grown adult and can speak up for herself if she feels like she is being mistreated. Focus on making your money and if you feel like you are working around bad people, find something different.
