How would an assertive/unattractive person be viewed?

As in she/he won't tolerate disrespect in the workplace or school environment?

If there capable of literally hitting, smacking anybody who tests them?

Not well. But the reason is that you phrase being assertive as being able to smack anyone, verbally I imagine, and showing off is not what being assertive (as a positive trait) is about.

If you instead picture a leader who listens to others. Is polite yet firm and pushes forward, slow or fast, towards some goal. That is assertiveness. It isn't a better-than-thou attitude but a "I am comfortable and confident in myself and plan to do something" one.

then you double down and keep defending yourself. the only respect you'll get is that they'll think twice about messing with you. by not defending yourself, you're giving an open invitation for others to pick on you.

How would the opposite sex view my aggressive behavior if they also look down on me?

Would I be seen as "alpha" stupid I know but I'm curious

you would be seen as a lot less favorably had you not defended yourself in place. you would not be seen as an alpha. an alpha is someone who others are willing to follow into battle with.
to them, what reason do you have to defend yourself or the situation you're in? the best thing you can do is to try your best and improve yourself and your situation though they are gonna be certain limitations you need to be realistic about.

that depends on how attractive/unattractive you are overall.
the gym can help with crafting a good body but height can not be changed. you're facial structure can only go so far. there's only so many jobs out there and how much you get paid depends on the boss. you also can't control whether people like you or not. other limitations include age, ethnicity.

I seem to grab the attention from MANY youngins my age & from my personal experiences

MANY of them have tried to get me
"out of my shell" or/& try to"size" me up or get me to either talk to them or the opposite sex/same sex
