Is it appropriate for a father to take his underaged son to hooters where girls will be touching him for his birthday?
There's no inappropriate actions going on here. What we see with "PG-13" Tranny fests is they have kids fondling Trannies junk. Plus they have Dildo RING TOSS! Babes of Hooter fame don't put on a strap on, they don't have kids fondling their PUSSY. They simply wear the same attire that makes the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders so famous. I told my kids about hooters over the summer… (they have only seen in TV) we were in Switzerland… they thought I was joking… I told them I saw the restaurant… so we went…it was way too hot so we didn’t go in… they were shock I was taking them to hooters…I don’t have a problem with it. My 13 years. old son may get a little embarrassed… but hey… he has to learn somehow right?

If they were there for some other reason and it happened to be his birthday or near his birthday I think that would be OK, but if the dad deliberately took him there for his birthday I would find that weird. I was a server at Hooters for a couple of months and there were kids there every day, it was not weird to me but I am used to being around kids, which includes kids saying "you're pretty" and stuff like that which did happen a couple times there.

Looking at those pictures they don’t look like they’re touching him in an inappropriate way. One looked like he’s being tickled. To me it’s not somewhere I’d want my kids to be if I had them. But it is a restaurant like any other; and it is a family friendly restaurant which entails kids. Maybe the kid likes something on the menu and requested hooters.

Americans have a very different perception of "underage" compared to Europe; "underage" is relative to "appropriate age".
Q: What is the appropriate age to go to Hooter's? A: that age which is catered for by the restaurant; do they have a kids' menu? If so, why should they not accept kids?
The waitresses in the picture are just tousling the boy's hair, they're not doing anything wrong AND at that age boys WILL appreciate a smile and a peek down a girl's cleavage.
So YES the boy's father did well! The kid will have something EPIC to boast to his friends and will remember that birthday party for a looking time!

There’s nothing wrong with Hooters. It IS a family restaurant. They offer a children’s menu. As long as no one is molesting the kid, there’s no problem.

I don't think most kids think of it as anything inappropriate and it's not like the waitresses touch them sexually - but I don't know, I'm not American and I don't get the whole thing surrounding Hooters
