Cutting out toxic relationships should be your new goal for this year. I'd also advise seeing a counselor for any PTSD issues you may have.

Have you considered visiting a psychiatrist? Try not to search for your happiness in other people. Being happy does not equate to perfection. The key to love of oneself is looking pass the imperfections.

Go on the app called TalkLife and post this there. You'll find many people with similar experience. But yeah, there are a lot of perverts on that app too.
