My ex is in my wider social circle. He dumped me for my "friend" who was jealous of me. The two of them apparently put me down behind my back to mutual friends. He apparently said to a mutual friend that I'm "not as pretty as people say I am", and that I'm "less pretty than his new girlfriend" (the friend who betrayed me.) He also puts me down in front of my face, saying I'm dumb and less accomplished than her. And she says the same thing. She calls me stupid. I'm neither ugly nor dumb. Why are both of them bullying me to others? I'm don't want anything to do with them?
Why does my ex say I'm uglier, less accomplished than his new girlfriend? He has been plain nasty. I'm not an ugly person, but it has affected me?
