I can’t win with my family. They’re deeply unpleasant to be around most of the time. Not always they have good days.
They treat me like a burden, don’t really help me with anything, and I could go on. If I’m around or trying to help with something. They act like I’m in the way. So I mostly go away… and they just get angry that I don’t help with anything
Bruh, you are old enough to remove yourself from their influence and do your own thing. You can't choose your family but you can choose your friends and life direction. Surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed and wish only good things for you. If you can't find a positive group, just know it's better to be alone than surrounded by toxicity.
My family is exactly like this. They will guilt trip you into doing things for them and complain and nag at every opportunity.
Mines the same. I try to better myself for getting a job etc but theyre putting me down for it yet they dont like the way i live and dont help out. I need a job to give me a routine and to help me get some stsbility
They are narcisstic. Once you leave and get your own place they will beg for your approval and if you go back they treat you like shit again. And so on and on..
