Do you ever do anything you know is wrong when you could have stopped yourself, even if it's as simple as being mean or rude to someone?

It is greatly reduced with age because apologies are difficult and wisdom comes when you realize that it is easier not to be ugly than to have to apologize if you are in error.
I regularly treat speed limits as suggestions.
Oh the horror!!

No I don't regret being rude to a racist or a potential racist. I show them their place.
Have you ever wondered if people like that may be misguided?
In the same way that a bully in high school could simply be venting his frustration from being mistreated at home?
Or if a woman develops a hatred or disdain for men after a traumatic experience (like forced copulation)?
Are these people really worthy of contempt or hatred? Does hating or being rude to them encourage them to reconsider their ways?
There's also something to be said about how you're more than willing to be rude to a "potential racist". You think it's okay to mistreat others without knowing they're worthy of being mistreated?
Yes but rarely
