My wife used to say "greezy" instead of "greasy" because that's what her dad always said. She also used to say "leave" instead of "let", as in "Would you leave the cat out?" when she was asking me to let the cat out.

She my parents are from the South so don't even get me started
Okay cool
Thanks for the MHO
My dad used to use the word "bullshit" instead of using the word "manure" or "fertilizer" when buying things for our garden. He learned after we told him and he got laughed at while attempting to buy stuff.
Not my mom, but my grandma... she says “Ermy” (army) and “Walamelon” (Watermelon). I hate it so much and laugh all the time. And my grandpa says “Jay-pan” instead of Japan lol

My parents say things more or less the same as i do. However this wasn't my parents but some years back when Leicester City won the premier league, hearing multiple pronunciations of Leicester made me chuckle.
My mother is from the south. And even though she's lived in the north for over 50 years. now she still pronounces California without the "R".
