Mom's and dad's are you more laid back with your teenage son's or your teenage daughters?

I just have a daughter, and I trust her. I let her go out with her friends and try not to be too controlling. With this bit of freedom comes some responsibilities though and I can't be left out of the loop entirely.
My parents allowed me the same freedoms and I would be a hypocrite, if I did not give my daughter the same leeway.

my dad is so strict for me and he doesn’t let me hangout with my friends but my brother he leaves the house whenever he wants my dad doesn’t care what he does
