There is a good chance I may end up forever alone. I am 28 and never had a girlfriend. I only have 6 major things I seek in a woman, but one of them may be so difficult to find, it may be nearly impossible.
As my former friends married and formed families of their own, I had less in common and lost contact. I only have one good friend now who is 43.
I'd like to find forever alone friends in my area. Any ideas?

I would just try and focus on finding friends. If you set the bar there, then that's where you'll stay, probably growing more and more bitter and resentful if your 'forever alone' friends find matches. If you focus on just finding friends who enjoy the same hobbies you do, then not only will you find (potentially) better friends, you may even find a woman who meets your criteria.
As an aside: while 6 may seem like a small number, judging from what you've said, it's probably too much. Maybe cut something out and see if your fishing pond gets deeper.
Social groups, bars, nightclubs, sporting events, concerts, pretty much anywhere. I know someone who met their partner just walking down the street.
Look into volunteer work.
