Why do people always SEEM to want to help me & be acquaintances only to disrespect me literally before parting ways?

I've had several people of BOTH genders who supposedly had good intentions at first but eventually disrespected me literally before ending our friendship

Well, there were 2 people I met by chance through school

A girl I met through my friends

A guy who came to me

The gal was very genuine at first & we would get along well & I thought things were going alright for a few months

The same with the guy

But overtime both of them became very distant, aloof,& sometimes rude with backhanded compliments

[Asker]

Eventually a year into the "friendship" the gal invited me to dinner but returning back home she went out of her way to tell me that she no longer wanted to be friends in a rude/condencending manner

The guy changed schools without ever wanting to inform me or give any goodbyes

From what I heard he was talking ISH about me before departing

Sounds like those weren't good friends or acquaintances., do you feel you said something to them for that to happen or for the girl to say she no longer wanted to be friends?

No

I was always cool with them & didn't disrespect them or mock them in any way

Their rejections were out of the blue

Yeah I'm not sure but I hope you keep them away from you , you don't need people like that
