How can I be there for a friend I know online?

I’m American and she is English so I have never met her IRL.

She is very sick at the moment.
She has auto immune issues and has issues walking recently.

It bothers me that I can’t physically help her; I ask how she is doing and send her nice messages that she tells me she appreciate.

I told her I prey for her health even though I’m not super religious.

Anything else I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that comrade I wish both of you well 😭 if you can maybe raise some money for her or go and visit her to lift her spirits:) it's also good to talk to people about what you're going through as her friend:)
