My mom said to me, "my other two daughters struggled. U can do it too" is that even normal to tell your kid that?

when i was younger, like 12, she used me to pay her bills with my check. Sadly, she was dating. Now she's telling me her other 2 daughters struggled; so i can do it too because she has always had her own place without " help". Smh.

Sorry that you are going through this. It sounds like you have a difficult relationship with your mother, and the fact that she used you for paying her bills when you were a kid is very troubling. It doesn’t sound like your mom is showing you much support or understanding, and it’s not okay for her to compare you to your siblings and trivialize your experiences. My advice would be to find other people in your life who can provide you with the support and encouragement that you need and deserve.
