I sold her a car dirt fucking cheap and she gets in a wreak, but turns out she never titles the car in her name.

Since I am the last legal owner. I get the bill. I take it to court and the judge takes her side.

3 years ago, my stupid aunt mortgaged this house to give MORE money to her scammer buddies!! 3 weeks later, she died! She told me and a few of my close-by cousins that she's leaving the house to me because my ex-sisters fucked me out of MY house 3 years ago, AGAINST mom's wishes!! They were all okay with me getting this house! BUT, there's NO WILL!! They all have their own houses and have been living in them for decades!! Now, the bank wants their money back from the mortgage! I went to them 2 years ago to ask how I can start paying it back! They refused to let me because it's MY money and not my aunt's! Had they LET ME start paying them, 2 years ago, it would've been paid in full, by now!
Now, they've tacked on late fees and interest so, I have to pay $10,000 more than what they were originally asking for but, it's THEIR FAULT I couldn't pay so, why should I be charged the extra money? Besides, I've been paying all the bills and taxes here for the past 3 years so, my money has dwindled greatly and I can't even afford the original amount, let alone the new total!
Well, in order for me to be allowed to pay, I have to either find the Will that says the house is mine or, get the courts to put the deed in my name! I got a lawyer to help with this IN DEC. and they STILL haven't put it in my name! I'm told they have to check with ALL of my cousins to see if they want the house! If not, it's mine!
All of a sudden, the 3 aforementioned cousins became greedy and are taking me to court over who gets the house!! If I loose, and there's about a 50/50 chance I will, I'm homeless!!

One of the cousins in question says there IS a Will but it's in some kind of a folder somewhere here in the house. Even though it's a small house, looking for it will take FOREVER with all the shit she's got stacked up here in every nook & cranny!! I looked through most of it and haven't found a thing!
Then, there's HER cousin, a lawyer in Philly (enter joke here), who told me that he made her Will for her and mailed it to her but she never signed it and sent it back to him! A month or so later, he claims he never said any of that and that SHE told HIM she has a Will here and that it's in some kind of folder!
My cousin, who's raising the biggest stink over this house, claims that he's worth millions! Okay then, if you wanted this house so badly, why didn't you at least LOAN ME the money I needed, Mr. Millionaire, when I was trying to buy out my ex-sisters 4 years ago so I could STAY in MY house?
