How to make friends as an Egyptian living in Europe?

I was raised in Egypt , I just moved to lisbon 3 weeks ago to work there in the software industry. Ever since I moved I am struggling to make friends. I visted some places, restaurants and done a couple of pub crawls which I really loved. But I still have no idea how to make friends.

Keep at it. Three weeks isn't a lot of time. It takes me that long or longer just to let someone in. Meaning really open up to them. Keep doing social things and you're sure to connect with some people sooner or later. I know it isn't easy but you've only just got there really. Don't give up or get down on yourself. Browse online and see what events look cool to you and keep going to that sort of stuff.

It can take time. Find people with similar interests or an international group that is interested in cultural exchange.
