Black Americans “MY RACE” Why do we self hate in the work place?

Whenever I started a new job I can remember each time I dealt with my own people it was negative. Why we don’t embrace each other? Other nationalities will be friendly but Black Americans won’t speak and act real jealous. Also the guys I had to say besides from my dad and some family members the avg black American guy are losers. Look around you if you are Black American you need to face this reality most positive one’s noticed this behavior.

They’re probably just ugly people in general. Work drama happens regardless. My white friends and Asian friends experience stupid high school drama even though they’re all adults.

I personally have never experienced this. A lot of times I’m in predominantly white areas, so usually minorities are happy to see each other. Very warm and welcoming.

The black men in my life are amazing. But I’m picky about the people I let in anyways.

Wow that’s amazing! Because where I’m from the majority are very evil and jealous and never smile when you are in a public setting I’ve heard from people 2 I know and seen videos. Where r you that black men are do amazing please tell us oh not being nosy are you married or engaged to one? What state is this?

YouTube has videos on everything if you look for it. I rely on real life experiences, not what I see on social media.
They aren’t in a specific state. I was military, majority of the black men in my life are military men. I’m definitely not the first.
In public settings the black men and women in my experience have been kind, sweet, funny, and inviting (Northern Ny, NYC, Alaska, San Antonio TX, Washington DC, NC, and Atlanta GA)
