I've heard of that case. Though that Sierra girl was really a psychopath. I saw the family pictures of when she was much younger and even as a little kid, Sierra had a blank, emotionless expression. Meanwhile her siblings were smiling, she wasn't. She had that empty, lifeless look in early childhood. Creepy.
That look reminded me of Doctor's Loomis description of when he first met 6 year-old Michael Myers, black, pale, emotionless face.
