Id ask her why she wants to go down a path full of of potential consequences. Id ask her why she wants to be follower and not think for herself. Id tell her she doesn't have to do shit like that because it's trendy or popular

+1 yNo I would not approve of it. I would explain the risk of complications involved. For one thing because it will pierce through the milk glands it can cause an infection and possible problems breast feeding. I know my child wants to have children and breastfeed as an adult... furthermore I would inform her of the risk of scaring or scar tissue.
Regardless anything evolving her private parts, or any part of her face with exception of a nose stud I will not give my authorization. When she is 18 or old she will decide for herself but I will still provide guidance.

+1 yHonestly, no. If it was her ears that would be different, but anywhere else on the body? She can wait until she’s 18. It would be the same for any male children I might have.
Same with tattoos. Even though my husband has them, I know for sure that neither of us would let our teenage kids get a tattoo.

Ok let me sit down first, this is usually pretty good...
Okay.
"she wants to get her nipples pierced, but needs your consent"
I would have to hold back my tears or my disappointment. There is no in between. I got to ask her why, and how ugly it is. A 15 year old usually cares too much about looking good, and she is going THE WRONG WAY!!

I guess the consent of the parents is for the person who is doing the piercings. I believe you need to be 18 before they do it without consent
- 1K opinions shared on Family & Friends topic.
+1 yPractically speaking: if she ''needs'' my consent, then she's not yet mature enough.
To give her time to grow into someone who knows what to do and what not to do with one's body - I'd refuse.
And: if she WERE mature enough... she would not have such silly ideas.

If I had a 15 year old daughter & she came to me & said she wants to get her nipples pierced I would say I’ll give it some thought & I’m not going to consent at this time however I will be doing research about the dangers of piercings & we will go from there.

What price vanity! Some would say Karma is alive and well.

@Daniela1982 Hopefully the place that did the piercing made her sign a waiver & hopefully the place has insurance as well. People are still sue happy even over spilled coffee again. Guarantee the boob lady took her case to court. Could of been the piercing or the fake boobs that caused the infection.
- +1 y
Somehow, I don't feel sorry for her.
+1 yI wouldn't personally, I would let her get her ears pierced. But anything more than, she would have to be an adult, and she would have to get a job and start earning money to get what she wants, and the better lifestyle, and better products.

+1 yNope, I wouldn't give her that pass on that. If she wants to do it when she no longer needs my permission and is on her own, that is her choice.
I would rather keep my daughter from sexualising herself and sinking into degeneracy

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yNo, I'd probably say what my father told me when I said I wanted an earring when I was in Jr. High. "If you get a piercing I'm going to rip it out" (accompanied with the fatherly look that put the fear of God in you that made you believe it)😆

Absolutely not.
Further, she is not allowed to do that ever while under my roof. If she ever did it then she moves out.

Although I'm not having kids since I'm infertile and my life is already horrible enough as it is, I don't need the immense burden of a child making it even worse10 Reply346 opinions shared on Family & Friends topic. I would ask her to wait until she was able to sign for herself. Just like tattoos.
Then if something terrible happens. Then I wouldn’t feel as responsible!20 Reply508 opinions shared on Family & Friends topic. I realize tits are a sexual things to men but God put them there to breastfeed her babies.

+1 yno i would be saying the standrd parent response: if all your friends were jumping off a bridge would you do it too?
+1 yHell no. Not only 15 is too young, but also I heavily dislike piercings except for ears, and there's no way this kid would get one while still living under my roof.
Besides, nipple piercings are a particularly gross brand of piercings in my opinion. They must also hurt like a bitch when you do them. Even just for that I would be against it.

+1 yNope. She can do that when she’s an adult if she choses.

@Apple1996. And people think I am a troll.

@Apple1996. "Generation Hoe" is real.
- +1 y
@Apple1996. There have always been pockets of hoe's, but being a hoe has never been celebrated until recently.
- +1 y
@Apple1996. Maybe, but if caught she was shamed for it. Do you wonder why marriage rates are the lowest in history? Men simply don't feel we can trust women anymore.
- +1 y
I'm not sure the low marriage rate has anything to do with that. Men are more scared of losing their money. And women are fine with being independent and alone. Also some people just don't believe in marriage cause it's just a piece of paper. I personally think marriage is only paper. Didn't orginally want to get married but just date forever
- +1 y
@Apple1996. Men are afraid of losing their money, kids, home, and basic sanity. In divorce a man's odds of suicide increase between 300% - 1100%. 65% of women admit to cheating, but still get every advantage in divorce. Men simply cannot trust women anymore.
As for women being done alone, that's a farce. When women hit the corporate world and realize how working (even an easy female job) sucks. These women dream of getting married and staying home. Don't kid yourself. - +1 y
They only trusted women in the past cuz those women had no where to go If they did hey divorced or they threatened them with death. Marriage is only benefits for the man. That's why 80% of women file for divorce. They get no benefits while the men get all of them. This the reason why men suffer during a divorce. It's payback
- +1 y
@Apple1996. Now this is a good troll.
15? no way, no day
