No I would not approve of it. I would explain the risk of complications involved. For one thing because it will pierce through the milk glands it can cause an infection and possible problems breast feeding. I know my child wants to have children and breastfeed as an adult... furthermore I would inform her of the risk of scaring or scar tissue.

Regardless anything evolving her private parts, or any part of her face with exception of a nose stud I will not give my authorization. When she is 18 or old she will decide for herself but I will still provide guidance.

Honestly, no. If it was her ears that would be different, but anywhere else on the body? She can wait until she’s 18. It would be the same for any male children I might have.

Same with tattoos. Even though my husband has them, I know for sure that neither of us would let our teenage kids get a tattoo.

Practically speaking: if she ''needs'' my consent, then she's not yet mature enough.

To give her time to grow into someone who knows what to do and what not to do with one's body - I'd refuse.

And: if she WERE mature enough... she would not have such silly ideas.

Hell no. Not only 15 is too young, but also I heavily dislike piercings except for ears, and there's no way this kid would get one while still living under my roof.

Besides, nipple piercings are a particularly gross brand of piercings in my opinion. They must also hurt like a bitch when you do them. Even just for that I would be against it.
