What is a proper answer wen a 4 year old asks where do babies come from?

"babies are made from love" is a good partial truth but how and where?

DO NOT. whenever i was told that i thought that babies came from just being married and god just put a baby in you one day and now i have a fear of marriage. try “well actually… no one really knows. it’s kind of like why is blue blue?” or “i don’t know.” or “eat your food and be quiet or go get a job” (not recommended) or “lemme look it up and ill tell you later.” “go ask your dad” also works. another one is “santa.” i like that one a lot. you could also just tell them. not explicit but an early sex ed course. you could also use it as a way to teach them not to touch others or let others touch their downstairs parts. and also, you could just say “storks” or “mommy’s belly”. There are a lot of options.

that's good enough for a 4 year old. but i guess if you want to explain more, you can say something like when a girl and a boy want a kid they hug each other and in that moment they decide to create together a kid. they place the kid in the stomach of the girl and they let it mature for 9 months until the kid is fully ready to live, then the girl lets the kid out of her stomach and yay a kid is born :)
