I play basketball in university. One of my basketball teammates has a 9 year old cousin who I sometimes babysit. One day I was at her house babysitting her. She had recently gotten a new cat. While I was at her house, I needed to use the bathroom. The cat was sitting beside the sink when I walked into the bathroom. I didn’t really think much of this at the time. I walked over to the toilet and lifted up the toilet seat. I pulled down my sweatpants. Right as I did that, the cat jumped down and walked over to the base of the toilet. As I was standing there peeing, the cat looked up at my balls and kept staring at them until I had finished and pulled my sweatpants back up.
Two weeks later, I was babysitting her again. I went to the bathroom to pee, and the exact same thing happened. Except this time, the cat was meowing as it stared up at my balls and seemed more interested and unsettled. I’ve never owned a cat before and I don’t know how common this strange cat behaviour is. I’m not sure if it’s harmless or something I should be worried about whenever I’m at her house.
