How do I get to tell my sister about her friend that has been fucking her boyfriend when she is not around

Presumably your sister is close to your age and thus a gown adult. Tell her what is going on. That is family and you always look out for family first. Your sister's friend is a dirty hoe and not a friend by any means so I don't know why anyone would care about the friend's feelings at this point. Same goes for the boyfriend. Best let her know by telling her exactly what is going on so she can deal with it. What happens if it comes out you knew about it? How do you think she will feel?
