Yes I often lift my wife and little sister who's my only sibling

My little sister is much younger than me , so I still carry her on my shoulders when we hang out

And I lift my wife romantically often, makes me proud of my strength too LoL

I would like to add that it's better to ask your partner before doing it first time just in case she doesn't like it and I bet most love it

I've had a couple of small petite girlfriend's over the years but mainly just lifting them up to gently throw around on bed playfully lol
