Who would you tell if you knew you were dying?

I’ve thought about this. Been 7 years cancer free today. I don’t think I’d tell anyone if it came back. I just don’t want to go through all the chemo and radiation again.

but... most if not all of the people in my life would be able to tell something is going on, especially my closest friend that I know since age 12... not really something I would be able to "hide" at all

Make a will and statement of intention and that would be it, I guess the direct cremation people would know when I book one of those
