Would it be unwise for me to start smoking weed again?

I started working for a commercial cleaning company almost two years ago. I got promoted to a pod leader about 5 months ago. I work with an autistic man, and I have to make sure he's doing everything right, and that we are keeping the clients happy. Well, I haven't smoked in like 5 years, and I wanted to start again. I was looking at the Facebook page of the company I work for, and they are hiring another pod leader. As i was reading the required qualifications, it said "must pass drug test to include random drug testing (THC not in included)". I haven't read the employer handbook since I started working for the company, but I think it says the same thing. What do you think? It would really suck if I started smoking again, and they decide to randomly drug test me, and I fail, and lose my job. Do you think it would be unwise for me to start smoking again?

You said that they may do random drug testing, but THC isn’t included in the drug test, therefore how would you lose the job if you started smoking weed again if they’re not testing for cannabis?
