Do you keep any plants in your household?

i tried so hard to keep plants going inside. it’s the dry air that just suffocates them. hasn’t worked for me and the only thing still going is an orchid, but no flowers :(


you can’t really get the right temperature, light, and humidity indoor to keep a plant happy and healthy. at least nothing worthwhile. these ivies and succulents and such are so boring, i don’t care for them


I’m a fragrant flowers person. i have a honeysuckle, a stargazer lily, a tuberose, a casa blanca lily, blue jacket hyacinths, and lily of the valley all growing in pots right outside my apartment door. i had to put them out and refertilize/ start over last fall. they just don’t get the proper temperature stimulation to bloom inside. i put them as close to inside as i can cuz i still want to enjoy them :(

Yes, quite a few. Some large and some small. Many of them we have had for more than 25 years. My wife cares for them. I love having plants in the house.

There are three large ones. One in our master bathroom, one in the living room, and one in the dining room. There are smaller ones here and there. The only one I know the name of is a shamrock on the island in our kitchen.

We used to years ago but my wife has a toxic thumb. She kills every plant she touches

Inside no. But I did set up several large gardens and a greenhouse for my wife so she can grow things year round.
