My friend and her brother are having a shared birthday party. I know what to get my friend, but I’m having trouble with figuring out what to get my friends brother. He doesn’t have a lot of extra time due to work, but he’s trying to learn to cook and loves dnd, so I found a dnd cookbook. However, he also loves Star Wars and Asian (mostly Japanese) foods and I also found a pair of light up lightsaber chopsticks. If you were him, which would you rather get as a gift?

I've never felt so disqualified before...
Why do you feel disqualified? Are you not interested in dnd or Star Wars?
yeah... lol
don't know about D&D
don't care for space ships
not Asian
I don't even celebrate my birthdays lmao... so I don't really expect any gifts
I mean, you don’t have to be Asian to like Asian food, but I kind of see what you mean. Do you not celebrate your birthdays due to religious reasons or just because you don’t feel like it?
I was an extremely shy kid... so the idea of being the center of attention in the middle of 100 people was absolutely terrifying for me, lol
never liked my birthdays like that... so I just grew up happy without them
Gotcha. I used to be and still am a bit of a shy kid myself (if you couldn’t tell by my username😂), so I get how it can be kind of overwhelming to have all that attention on you.
I cook more then I use chop sticks so probably the DnD cookbook though I'd be happy with either to be honest they're both neat gifts.
Thanks for the input! My friends brother is a few years older than me so any and all input are greatly appreciated.
Yup no problem.
oh that d&d cookbook sounds cool.
Thanks for the input! It’s much appreciated!
