Do you ever find it difficult to tell someone bad news like cancelling plans with someone?

yes, it's something i lack and i don't think i can ever acquire that skill. i hate disappointing people

cancelling plans is fine but if its about telling em about death of someone then yes it would be difficult

Just pretend you are someone else, like think of someone who would have no problem doing that and pretend you're them.
