I am most like by my grandma, so close with her and with the things in common and with looks.
My mother’s brother and my father.
Interestingly enough that dichotomy is a fascinating lesson in nature vs nurture.
My dad had to travel a lot for work when i was young. So he wasn’t around much for me to emulate. My uncle, on the other hand, was more available. Plus he had a son very close to my age. So i had a substitute father figure AND a brother, so to speak.
Then my mother eventually divorced my dad, and he couldn’t be around at all. Much later in life i decided that i could no longer accept my mother’s version of my father and went to great lengths to create a new relationship with him. I was absolutely mind boggled at some of his personality traits and habits that i shared, despite spending almost no meaningful time with the man.
I know exactly the impressions my uncle left. Most have fallen by the wayside, but i adhere to a few. My paternal traits though, not that i have tried to buck them, they stick. Ell oh ell!
I am my father’s son; no doubt about it. I miss him.

My uncle most definitely.
I have the slimness of his body, I love giant ice cream bowls (more than half the container), and I love fruit just as much as he does... Possibly more.
Sometimes I feel like he and my mother "did it" because I was told a few years ago that I was a "surprise" and I look nothing like my father. Not like my brothers do.
I understand that these are mainly just habits and looks which can be different than other siblings but I still feel like I'm the most different than the rest of my family.
I would also say my granny. She taught me how to be an amazing cook. Her and my mother taught me how to scratch cook since a little girl. My granny always told me the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. Since a little girl, I always aspired to marriage and having my own happy family. I always knew it was mandatory I learn to cook, plus I love to eat myself lol. I also travel a lot just like my granny. I definitely get my love of traveling from her, because both my parents have never desired to travel overseas. I also recently got married and became a housewife. My granny was a housewife with 8 children. I don’t have any children yet, and will be fine with just 4 when the time is right. 🥰
My mom. I get my humor from my dad and my anger a bit. But I'm a minime 9f my mom and have most of her personality too.

I'm the split image of my mum. Copy paste. Ctrl + c, then ctrl +v.
Funnily enough, then my niece - my brothers daughter, looks just like me. So much so that people think she's mineMy dad's looks, height, talents and intelligence, mom's hair, a bit of grandma Daisy's stubbornness, no idea if I've got anything from her hubby, he died before I was born. Maybe a little bit of my other grandfather's bitchiness and distrust.
Probably my sister Karen temperamentally and in super-high intelligence (Karen studied to be a chemical engineer as did my niece Monique) ;lookwise my sister Wendy, who was gorgeous.
I have no idea. I don't know them well enough to know that.
I have. absolutely nothing in common with any of my family members.
My dad, in both personality and looks. My whole family always tells me how alike we are.
I somewhat resemble my mother physically and my father psychologically. I know, I got the worst of all possible worlds. Well at least I still have the use of my legs. Life is good!
My late moms side and my late maternal grandma
