Will my parents be ok if I don't have kids, or die, without having them/before my parents die?

I don't want kids. I'm white. I think kids are fucking pathetic, and need to die, but, that's just me.

I'm also an only child. I have no brothers, no sister, and my parents are still married, so, I have no step family, thank god. My mom, got a histeractemy (however you spell it) which is where a woman has her tubes tied, and I don't see either of them remarrying again, if one of them dies before the other, right now, as they're both in their late 60's (not saying they can't, i just, don't see it happening)

So, do you think my parents will be upset that I don't want kids, and or if I die before them, as she can't have any more biological kids. Maybe they'd adopt, but, it's not the same

your parents will complain, they want grandkids, like roseann parents in series roseanne.

in your story no continuity is even more severe than one branch ending.

that doesn't mean you are obligated to obey but they will be angry. some religions obligate 2 children to replace their parents each generation. 1.7 in u. s. in u. k. are not enough to replace their parents.

i mean 100 families, 200 parents, 170 kids, lost 15% each generation!
