When I says to my sister I’m gonna dye my hair she was like okay and then later she says to she gonna dye her hair too and when I complain she says the opposite by saying I told you first blah blah then she's hanging up. And later I just say to her I’ve lobe piercing then later she send me a picture that she get her piercing. Can someone explain why she always get my attention

I don't believe it's a valid reason to block or cut someone off but just don't share your style with her and you shouldn't have this problem
