We have that mentality or ability to have that mentality for a reason... especially when we're young and don't have our safe space yet.

If you find a safe space, there is no reason to be out in public chimping out. That's when you finally get to chill and not have to think about the dangers of the world like that... or be dangerous to the world like that.

Give one of these baboons a job... picking ticks off of other baboons. It buys him a home and a cell phone. He's no longer under threat out in the streets, just chilling, and it's not his parent's place, so why leave? The baboons that don't have that going on for them... they're sitting in the streets and doing/dealing with this type of shit.
