The question is: Why do you even want to search up for your older brother's friends to put them on your social media? What is your reason behind it? Is it because you have a crush on them? Is it because you want to increase the number of friends to impress someone?

I was under the impression that this social media was a place that you talk with your own friends and not so much to talk with just about anyone that you don't even know personally.

So yes, it would be weird to put just random people on you list of friends on that social media.

Really? Because I don’t think so. It’s how I communicate with a lot of my friends. To me, it’s only weird if you make it weird by being weird and sending weird photos.

Communication is key in a relationship. I think Snapchat is a pretty bad app in the sense that it encourages people to have shady interactions, so personally I wouldn't even have Snapchat if I were you.

But the key is to simply ask your boyfriend if he's cool with it. Always be open and honest with your boyfriend and things will be more likely to work out.

Ah yes... I don't know why my mind did that. Sorry about that. I skimmed the question and just for some reason assumed boyfriend rather than brother. Must be from all the content I read on GaG all the time.

It's still the same advice I'd give though. In ANY relationship, the key is communication. Ask your brother if he's cool with it. There should be less stress about it since you don't even have a boyfriend. You should be able to talk to who you want, but it is his friend at the end of the day. He would feel more respected if you asked him.
