First off tell the teacher so he/she won't get into trouble dealing with that friend. Second tell your friend to get over her crush because its not gonna work out. Be sure to keep tabs on your friend because she/he may try to get revenge for getting rejected because that is a possibly.

Never act on it. Because it’s going to get her/him into serious trouble. Not to mention if the teacher did something that teachers going to jail (and should) let the crush pass.

Usually, nothing matures out of a silly crush on a Teacher.

If either one (your friend or the Teacher) of them is aggressive, you must strongly discourage your friend from entertaining that possibility.

Well hopefully the teacher had scruples. But it’s a simple case of inference. Being attracted to a person of authority or someone you look up to.

Which is why it’s illegal for you or your friend to date your teacher. Same with psychologists and their patients.
