Yes and no. I've lived my life going after the things I want so I have felt this but then I change it so it's not a permanent state.
Even now... I'm missing a new relationship (love, company and intimacy) but I haven't given up on it yet. So I don't think it's a "in my life" thing as my life isn't over yet.
If I did dye right now I can hand my heart say I would go with no regrets.
