Whether it's an ex, former friend, classmate, siblings, whoever. Is there someone out there who gets seething mad at the thought of you.

I don’t think so. Not as far as “hate.” There was one girl in my 20s who I started hooking up with but blew her off for another girl I had already been chasing. Last I had talked to her, she hung up on me. Then I ran into her like a year later in a plaza parking lot and tried to be cordial, but she let me know it’s on for LIFE, lmao. But that’s literally 20 years ago, so she may not necessarily remember me fondly, but I’d have to think she’s over it to the point of hating me. I’m not that special to warrant that, haha.

Other than that…. this dude in my hockey league doesn’t like me as of the other night. He got tangled up with my teammate and slashed him, so I took myself out of the play and let him know if he wanted to fight anyone, it was going to be me, not my teammate…

The play got blown dead right afterwards, we start going to the benches to change lines, and Johnny Hardo here decides to come back for seconds on my teammate, right in front of our bench. I was pushing him in the back to get him to turn around, but he wouldn’t, and I gave him a last “get the fuck outta here” shove to help him on his way as he went to his bench.

He of course turns around and is acting like it’s some cowardly move I wouldn’t have pulled otherwise, like I hadn’t just made myself available less than 30 seconds before in the middle of the ice with no refs or anyone else nearby to break us up🙄😂 When I saw he turned around, I stopped going onto the bench and came back out to face him. He said something about me being a pussy for “hitting him in the back” (toughen up, guy🤦‍♂️😂), so I just “I can hit you in the front….”, and from there he was just like “why I oughtaaaaa…”, and we were kept separated.

No drama in the handshake line, but afterwards I tried to go over to him and smooth things out, because this adult rec league shit, it’s dumb as fuck to squabble over this shit, and I have nothing to prove, especially against a considerably smaller dude.

But the liI guy was still big mad, lmao. I was like “hey man, nothing personal out there, but I have to stick up for my teammates, you know?” And he goes “NO, DON’T COME OVER HERE AFTER THE GAME AND TRY TO SHAKE MY HAND LIKE EVERYTHING’S COOL, THE NEXT TIME WE PLAY EACH OTHER, WE CAN DROP THE GLOVES!!! YOU’RE STILL A FUCKIN’ PUSSY!!!”

So I just gave him a very cheerful, “ok, sounds good, see ya then” and skated off….

He was so fired up😂 So I guess we’re going next time🤷‍♂️ I mean, I was literally right there again, with my helmet and gloves off, most of our teams were gone from the ice, and the refs are off-duty, they’re not getting involved for the $25 a game they get paid😂 But, sure…. NEXT TIME🙄 “Next time, Gadget…. NEXT TIIIIIMMMMEEEEE🦾” 🤣🤣🤣 I’m sure the NHL scouts in the stands will be really impressed by his intensity and toughness despite being 50 fuckin’ years old, lmfao

But yeah, as of right now, this guy despises me, which is a bit of an overreaction for a light shove, but whatever, haha

Yes, there's one person I know for sure hates me. Let's call her Dalia. Dalia is the definition of a fake friend. A frenemy. We used to be Security Officers together and she started out as a really sweet seeming person. But I could tell she really wanted to be my friend. She always talked to me, invited me to places and bought makeup for me on my birthday. But eventually, she started making snide remarks about me, she would lash out whenever anyone complimented me and she pried into my life and got me to open up just to say things aloud and embarrass me. For example, one time I was training Dalia in Dispatch and she asked me if I was dating anyone. I told her no and I haven't dated nor been in a relationship before. She acted like it was weird but I didn't care. Later that day, two other officers were in the room and the topic of Desperate Housewives came up. Dalia blurted out, "Abby doesn't even have a husband." We all just kind of looked at her. Then Dalia said, "Abby doesn't date. She doesn't like boys." She would do things like this on several occasions. A few times, she even ran up behind me and shoulder checked me hard. One time, I was sitting down and I almost fell off my chair. But she would laugh about it and brush it off like it was a joke between friends. Plus, we were at work, so I couldn't just beat her @ss without getting terminated. Though I will say, the last time she tried that, I heard her coming from behind. So I lifted my arm and she got a nice shoulder full of elbow. Anywho, she was already kind of a mean girl. But eventually, she became a Supervisor on my shift. At that point, she didn't even pretend to be my friend. She couldn't stand me. She constantly spoke poorly about me and talked down to me. She would even try to single me out over the radio. She didn't do this to everyone else. At least, not to this extent. When I was finally sick of her poor treatment towards me, I stood up to her. Because of that, she got me written up for insubordination, she complained about my voice disorder to the administration and got me removed from Dispatch, permanently. Eventually her attitude got the best of her and she was terminated due to escalating a situation which ended in three people being hospitalized. Awhile later, my friend got in touch with me. She ran into Dalia at Walmart. And Dalia told her the reason I was removed from Dispatch was because I was sleeping with our 67 year old Lieutenant, our highest supervisor on shift. Right below the administration. And she had already been gone for at least 6 months, at that time.

I don't really seem to make most people mad. The only people I seem to piss off the most are dudes that see me, a guy with women, and themselves, a guy with no women, and they get jelly and try to start a fight like randomly in bars and shit... and then they wonder why they don't have their own women.

Sometimes I piss people off because I will overanalyze them, and my analysis comes out with results they don't like... that combined with my honesty can really hurt some fee fees until they're big mad. But think about it... they big mad because it's usually true.

Other than that, I don't borrow money, I try not to talk shit, and I basically don't give reasons outside of my big-brained takes on things to be mad at me. The only time I seem to piss off people is because I seemingly do something with little effort and they get jelly of that.

To put it another way, if you suck at playing chess and you pride yourself at being the best at chess, then just don't play with me in chess, because you're going to be big mad. I only piss off sore losers.

It’s safe to say a few of the sexual predators I’ve banned hate me due to the threats they’ve sent over the years.

I also have one ex who was rather embarrassed by our breakup and decided I was the villain in her story. Pretty sure she still hates me, though I mostly just feel bad for her. She stalked me on TikTok a little while ago though so who knows, maybe she’s over it by now.

I know I have at least three. One of them is my 60 year old ex-colleague. Another one is my childhood friend. The third woman is a friend of friend. Two of them are in a toxic, miserable marriage but won’t leave while the other lady is single living with multiple cats. I tried to tolerate their mistreatment towards me thinking that I could kill them with kindness. Lent them money, bought them dinner, became their free therapist. I didn’t want to ruin whatever that we have built just because of their jealousy. It didn’t work. In fact, they became more aggressive. I had to cut them off to protect my mental health. When I get married and moved to the States, they will text me once in a while just to check if my life is still going great. Three of them follow ALL of my social media just to lurk over my update but won’t react, comment or do anything.

If there's anyone who hates me, I certainly don't know who that may be. There's one person with whom there's a big rivalry, but there's also respect in there - like she told me once, we are political adversaries, not enemies.

I have an ex whom I was friendly with who turned ice cold and indifferent to me practically overnight, not sure if that counts as hate or moving on.

Might indifference be worse than hate? It sure stung more than someone hating my guts.

I'm quite sure that a few of the people I have had to fire over the last 12 years has made a few that hate me, I can also remember an older couple who lived above me back when i was an apartment dweller and bringing many guys around who those racist old fucks found inappropriate hated me till the day they left this earth. They bitched to management about me the whole 4 years I lived there. I'd even go so far as to say I bet there are a couple who hate me on this site.

A neighbour of mine hates me. She's a single childless overweight highly educated career woman in her 30s who's big into feminism. She's made it clear a few times that I'm a slave to the "patriarchy" and am apparently barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen and controlled by my husband. Maybe a childhood friend of mine though a lot of people moved on from me & others have just forgotten me who had hatred toward me in the past.

On the flip side, I don’t hold grudges unless it is to “keep the Hell away from them” which I only have ONE person under this umbrella of absolutely hate (I won’t say who / what)

I can only think of one that might. There's a woman I used to work with that came on to me then iced me out. When I realized that was her entire game I wanted nothing to do with her. She stalked me for two years. after that trying to get my interest back. I don't know if that counts as hate though. She seems pretty a guy whenever she speaks of me. But I don't think she hates me so much as she's angry she cannot manipulate me anymore.
