Did you fight with your siblings while growing up?

I mean roughhousing or playfights. What were they like? Did you end up winning (and if so how)?

I had a twin brother. It is a miracle that we both got through childhood alive. So many epic fights. One that I remember is one time, out mother bought new living room furniture. She bought this modern chair and ottoman

It looked like this

We were fighting in the living room and I had my brother in a headlock. I rolled him over my back and he landed squarely on the ottoman (footstool). This brand new piece of modern furniture gave a mighty groan and collapsed like a house of cards.

My brother and I knew we were in big trouble so we brought it in the cellar and put it up on my father's workbench. We were able to re-attach the leg that broke off but when my mother turned the foot rest the bent shaft made it go up and down.

I forget what happened after that but I remember it was not pretty.

We two brothers were like two swords in one sheath.
However for me, it was all fun and frolic till he got serious and started showing arrogance.
Then I too cannot tolerate disrespect. So I maintained emotional distance.
As long as you live together, you are strangers and then your paths separate.
Even if the siblings have grown up and want to fix things but it is too late, they should not expect any closeness as the time to develop this bond has already passed

I have a younger sister and a brother who is a year younger than she is. Growing up we made my brother's life miserable! We always picked on him and we once when he was 8 dressed him up in my sisters clothes. We all get along pretty well now.

We def were mean to him. We apologized to him and we all get along. Well sometimes him and my sister still fight but I don't take her side automatically like I did when we were younger. If they had a fight back then I always said it was his fault without even knowing what happened. Like I said we apologized for treating him so horribly.

I think it is quite understandable that you instantly took your sister's side cause apparently girls will stick together against their brother. Of course, it is not a fair thing to do but I definitely won't blame you for this.
It is great though that you have acknowledged that by now and apologized to him cause I can imagine it to be quite bad for your brother to always be outnumbered haha

A number of times.
Tickle fights, pillow fights.
I don't know that anybody won. We either just got tired of it or somebody got pissed because it was becoming too much to handle. Tickle fights are okay until somebody's laughing so hard they can't breathe, anymore and NEED to quit but can't because the tickler refuses to stop until you get really pissed and yell at them to stop.
