What's some of the first signs/symptoms you got that you knew you were pregnant?

So far, I've had tender breasts and some cramping in my lower region, but we had unprotected sex on the 7th of December so I think it's too early to take a pregnancy test.

I took one but it was negative. That was Monday on the 16th but I keep having these symptoms and wondering if I took it too early and I could be still pregnant but just too soon to detect hcg in my system.

If I understand correctly, you should wait until after you miss your period to take the test, but check with your pharmacist or doctor.
