My dad was abusive and is now dead but no never had a relationship with him past the age of 12.
My mother and I were never emotionally close but we go though the motions. In her defence though she was orphaned and I would say that lack of a parental influence massively affected her ability later in life to parent me. She is cold , distant and judgmental but it’s not her fault. Sure it frustrated me somewhat in my youth that I never had what other people had and now have but thats life right !

Yes. My mother is my closest person, only reason i didn't become a sociopath.
My father and i had a some what neglectful relationship but i know that in his own way he loved me, his problem was not loving me, it was that we belonged to different worlds (disgusting cliche but sadly true)

Ehhhh.. they both love me and I'm their favourite kid but I wouldn't say its good since I don't put any effort into the relationship with either them. I love them but I tend to drop all communication when I don't feel like seeing them since its hard to forgive them for how they treated me in my childhood/teen years being alcoholic dumb fucks.

Well my mom my father was killed in Car accident before I was born and I get along with father who raised me. I love my brothers they are 14 and 10.

Both of my parents died several years ago. While they were alive, I had a very good relationship with them. My father and I often attended baseball games together, as well as teaching me lots of things. My mother often babysat our kids. And I often did handyman jobs around my parents house.

Father has no life and wants to live vicariously through me. Very clingy and needy.

Mother is a liberal feminist hypocrite raising my two adopted sisters to be the same.

Oldest sister is cool. She's in a good relationship with a guy who understands. I get a long with him well too.

Two youngest sisters (adopted) are struggling to make sense of the world. One is gonna be a boss babe. The other wants to be a kept woman minus the responsibility.

Good riddance. All they did was make me feel lower than dirt. Especially my absolute cunt of a mother.

The woman only adopted me for a god damn paycheck, and when that stopped, the hostility got 10x worse
