I looked at her crotch (not a sentence I’m not thrilled to say)
It is smooth down there, only thing I can think of is… She’s a woman.
So with a tight ‘body suit’, it probably does like a wedgie does to a guy’s butt crack to her v-gina so would need something like a ‘soft pad’ to cup to prevent a v-gina wedgie lol.
Another theory is, maybe she’s on her period and is simply wearing a menstrual pad which adds bulk.

Another thing is, Transgender is a very open thing and her listeners seem to be open minded enough to accept that. So why wouldn’t she just come out as Transgender if she was a man this whole time?
