Why do some people come and go in you’re life?

Like there was this one guy who I worked for over two years than he quit, but our relationship was different like we joked around a lot we talked sometimes we did have disagreements but overall he always was good to me always said I do good at work and was just overall a very good human being that you rarely get in life maybe once in a blue moon, and weird to say In a way I cared for him as a friend you know, and days if I was off he would always ask are you okay you was off everything good you know? I haven’t spoke to him since he quit and it’s like this sadness sometimes why do those people come to you’re life than leave I don’t understand?

Because it is called reality. Some people stay, some people go, some people go and come back. Life happens.
