How to deal with loneliness in your 20s?

I'm currently off work for just a few days due to bank holidays and how the rota fell.
I'm sitting mind numbingly bored, I have no one to really talk to when my gaming friends are busy with other friends and it just leads me to sitting alone.

It's why I didn't find friends in uni, I don't like clubbing and drinking that much, just get uncomfortable. But that's the norm with our generation
