    Too good

It helps at work, people think I’m a wizard when I remember something someone said 6 months ago

But it also means I remember a lot of things that happened in my life, both good and bad

Sometimes I think: my mind would be a lot more rested if it didn’t save all this information

Although I know every lyric to every song I ever heard more than twice. That’s always a cool party trick

Great with tunes. I can whistle most songs after hearing them once. Great for things that I'm highly interested in such as health facts, but terrible when it comes to remembering people's names or lyrics of songs or even remembering what to say during a speech. I don't even bother trying to remember anymore. I just write out what I want to say and read or just be innovative and speak

I think for my age, it is very good. I remember things that happened long ago in my youth, and even when I was a child. Plus, I have managed to memorize the hiragana, katakana characters of the Japanese alphabet, plus many Kanji characters, and vocabulary. I love it.

How much something/someone means to me a lot of time is a direct reflection of how well my memory will be. There are exceptions of course but when something matters to anyone they tend not to forget. Example: You don't forget your favorite food but you might forget the last time you had it...

Selective. I don't remember what doesn't interest me. And a lot of things do not interest me lol. My memory seems to be strong in the visual department. So, spelling isn't a problem.

It’s great with something. Poor on other things. I am sure it’s like that for most people. No problem remembering things that interest me. Things I’m less interested in…. In one ear and out the other.

I can remember stuff all the back to 1984 but anything most recent. Forget it. Literally. But I’m great with 80’s movies, select songs and I can almost quote Smokey and the Bandit word for word. I’d say about 95% accurately.

Excellent with numbers. Horrible with names. I've sorta accepted that I just don't care enough to remember most people's names.

Not as sharp as it used to be. I still can here dates and remember them. It used to be such that my friends talked about it. How do you remember that, they would say. I don't know, i would say, heh.

Of course it was better when I was younger. When I was in my 20's I could play 52 hands of bridge and remember almost every card played on every hand.
