When you were a child did you act up a lot?

They didn’t really do anything, it was because I didn’t act up in public.

I did “act up” in school where I would cry and be in distress, which my parents were always supportive of as a young child because they knew I wasn’t doing it for no reason. There was always a reason behind it, even minor things.
Took awhile to adjust, though I managed. If I was yelled at and treated badly , then I don’t think that would’ve helped at all.

so as a child it was just my dad and i which he was barely home. he didn't care usually

way later when i moved in with my mom and her husband, i did for short periods but they were so extreme that i barely did. also a lot of what was me "acting up" was them just finding an excuse to punish me bc they wanted control
