When I was in junior high school my mom remarried and my new stepfather gave me the nickname Shockie. He never told me why and I never asked. Then my friends and family started calling me that.
I've tried to figure out why he nicknamed me that and the only reason that I can think of was that he was shocked when he started living with us.🤷🏻‍♀️

In highschool everyone called me "Bex", obviously short for Becky but after one of my friends started watching that crime show, Dexter, she stated calling me Bexter, so everyone else did.

It's about a serial killer being on the right side of morality by killing only bad people. It has two or three funny characters (not the main one, though), the problem is, many aspects are so unrealistic that the suspension of disbelief is too hard at work, at least for me. I stopped watching after the first season.

Up until about age 8, my parents called me by my first and middle names, which I grew to dislike very much. So my mom finally agreed to call me by the first letters of my first and middle names, which I thought was pretty cool

Tiger Lee my aunt named me that when I was a child because I was a whirling dervish. She got me a Tiger stocking, and I had it ever since. And that nickname carried on into my sports career

The avg. age where I work is about 10 years younger then men. So all the young (er) guys come to me with questions and they've taken to calling me Gandalf the greybush, which they just eventually shortened to Greybush.🙄😆
