You first take a picture with your phone. Then send it to your own email. When you get it, download it by clicking on the download arrow that you see in the picture in the email. Note the number of the image. Then come here, and when you reply on a question, click on the little image of a mountain, and look for the number of the image you downloaded. It should come up in your reply. I'm not sure if you can try here again for this question.
