I said no to my sister. I decided to give her $0.

I said no because I felt cosmetics was not necessary for her to get.

She hasn’t been in a car accident or mauled by an animal which has left her looking deformed.

I have a brother. We aren't gay to use makeup. But if he wanted a surgery that helped him cosmetically to cover up some kind of body disfiguration, I'd happily give him the money. But just as in your case, if he has no body disfiguration, I would be strongly against him getting any cosmetic surgery. Same thing would apply if I had a sister.

It prolly depends on how much. Me and my sisters lend each other money all the time but rarely more than a 100 bucks or so (if we have it, lol!) and always pay it back before long.
