Is it OK For girlfriend to Undress in Front of Gay Male Friend?

I'm dating this girl who is roommates with a gay male friend she's known since college. I knew they shared a bathroom, but what I found out only recently is that she'll shower when he's brushing his teeth in the morning, and vice versa.

Dude is pretty effeminate, so I'm confident that he's 100 % queer. But I don't think it's appropriate for my girlfriend to be displaying her stuff in front of him. (The shower door is glass). When I challenged her about this, she laughed it off and said I was making a big deal out of nothing, because "it's like he's my brother."

Okay, sure, that makes total sense... if you'd shower in front of your brother!!! Who is being unreasonable here?
