It just means he is that good of a friend. He's gay so he doesn't fully appreciate what he's seeing. I mean he might not think he's lucky enough to see and do all that. But it's cool you have THAT close of a guy friend. I hope you two will be friends forever. He'll be your maid of honor!

If you know for sure he is gay then I don't think it's a problem.
If your open and he's open there shouldn't be a problem.
It's just a body after all.. Nothing sexual about it.
It is totally fine... if he doesn't find your body sexually attractive why would it matter?
