My handwriting. Definitely my handwriting. When I go slow, my handwriting is decent, but I still choose to type a lot of my correspondence.

Im really self conscious about not being wanted, so I hide that as being needed.

also, my emotions. I feel like if im not always the one doing everything and being strong, the world as I know it will fall apart.

I can't feel things around the people i call family or that would make me like them. They dont want someone like them, they want someone to do it for them...

I have to feel like im the rock even when I want to break into 1000 pieces in real life. Or they might not want me anymore.

Thats a good one... my handing writing is a train wreck as well... but I am also self conscious about my eyebrow hair. It seems to have a mind of its own lately... like an old British guy. I trim it now but never had to do that before lol

The way I walk and talk. I used to want to be a ballerina when I was younger, so I would always walk on my tippy toes and it became so much of a habit that I do it now as an adult. I also have a baby voice so I don't like my voice either.

My voice , I don't sound my age. Definitely, self conscious about the way that I talk when I'm in a room full of other professionals. I have to remind myself to not say certain things.

My weight.. I was underweight for my height all my life until I turned 50. Now, I'm way overweight. The middle age weight gain hit me hard.

Lulz. I remember that teachers in school would say that I had the handwriting of a medical doctor. So I had to make it at least a bit more legible. 😆

I grew up an extremely shy kid, so I was pretty much self-conscious about everything about me, lmao... but I worked on it for years, and got out of it

and now!! I just don't feel any of that at all
