I always wanted to have two little Dachshund puppies, so I could call one of them 'Frank' and the other one 'Furter'.

I didn't realize people kept raccoons as pets and I live in a place that you might expect that. As for the names, it is cute.
As for the choice of pet, it seems like an odd choice given they aren't domesticated animals

  Domesticated animals at one point were wild and domesticated animals can still go wild and people have been keeping animals like raccoons, Badgers and bobcats and other "wild" animals for pets for well over a 100 years.

  To what extent? People keep snakes. Do you believe a dangerous boa becomes domestic ovwr a hundred years?
  
  Also, they are not bred out of domestication like dogs and cats have been, because no one wants to deal with it.

  I don't believe domesticated animals have had anything bred out of them just like humans haven't either any and all can and do go mad. We are animals.

I don't get it! Why Jack with Grapefruit? Why not go with another fruit? Pineapple, just plain Apple, or stick with the citrus and call him Lime.
